So happy to be able to pull this lasagna out of the freezer for dinner! It’s such a delicious recipe and has ricotta instead of cheese sauce.

It’s been a pretty cold and dreary day, and it was dark so early!

It is so lovely to have a hearty meal with minimal effort. Even Affro approved, although I think he would’ve liked some too!

Feels like winter has arrived!
