Today was one of those days where I didn’t feel that flash. The main catalyst was a few days in a row of minimal sleep.
My sharpest tool is my brain and I find it extremely frustrating when I can’t think straight and I can’t articulate myself with ease.
I notice that it also affects my mood and I feel more sensitive than usual. It’s normal to have those days, and I think sometimes you feel better after acknowledging your feelings.
I spent the evening chilling. I had a bubble bath and did some journaling while listening to some calming music on YouTube. The picture below is from the YouTube clip and it’s so pretty. It has my favourite colour blue and features a tree. What’s not to love!
I’m going to finish off the day with a full moon meditation and I’m manifesting that tomorrow will be a better day and I will feel more rested and at peace.
