Today I felt so happy and grateful for so many reasons:

*Wet weather gear

*Umbrellas

*A warm jacket

*Working inside

*A hot lunch

*Coming home to a warm and dry home and my boys

On my bike ride to an appointment, I stopped for just a moment to take a photo of a pretty tree and beautiful leaf. I probably looked quite daft seeing it  rained persistently all day.

For a person who gets lost in thought, this was a great moment of progress as sometimes I miss out on the present moment and the cool things in my surroundings.

I thought the leaves looked pretty cool under water. Who would’ve thought you could find something pretty in the gutter!
