The highlight of today was definitely our family walk.

Taking advantage of the gorgeous walks in our area, we walked to a nearby park and then home again.

Nature is so good for the soul and so is the sunshine.

We stopped off at the dairy to get a cold drink each and ordered a scoop of chips from the fish n’ chip shop to take home for a late lunch.

Affro was very pleased to have a brief rest in the shade with dad and a nice drink of cold water.

Mike spotted this cool tree that somebody painted some eyes on.
